The location was perfect, just a short walk from the office area, and the room appeared freshly renovated with a cozy bed.

Well when I went to my room my bed was wet with pee

The hotel was nice and everything was great. We had an updated, huge room with shampoo, a balcony, and a full kitchen. The venue was in a perfect and great location.

Location, friendly atmosphere and staff was very attentive. We will use Quality again.

The hotel rooms are spacious and nicely furnished with AC. The continental breakfast is great, and they also offer a hot breakfast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, providing complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

It was a wonderful stay and everything was near it

Breakfast was decent, eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, bagels, cereal, biscuits and gravy and juices. House keeping staff was pleasant. Room was clean.

Upon arrival, the manager, Michelle Reed and another employee continued to answer the phones and assist phone customers like I wasn't there. No "be with you in a moment" or anything. Phones in rooms were dead. AC did not work in the hallway. Ice machine out of order. No pillow cases on the pillows.

The location was fantastic for getting away from road construction. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Our room was quiet and we enjoyed the free breakfast.

Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. When we arrived around 11:15pm, there were several men sitting outside of rooms by the parking area. They had coolers and we're obviously intoxicated. Also in the parking lot were two men in a car smoking marijuana. You could smell it everywhere. We had several safety concerns.

Convenient location for everything we needed, we just crashed here for the night. Free parking available on-site. Also, close to a basketball tournament and only 100 yards from the office area. 🏀

This place is great for families, and we loved having rooms with a sofa.

they upgraded our room immediately to much nicer room breakfast area food and breakfast staff was good

musty smell upon arrival bed flopped upward when sat on footend no fridge for meds no microwave for 3 night stay tv nor phone worked lotta dust on furniture room smelled musty disappointed not worth the rate
